Hotel Diego De Almagro Concepcion, Concepcion

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the room was spacious and quiet, which was great for my business trip. However, the service left much to be desired and the location was quite inconvenient. The breakfast was decent, but not remarkable. Overall, I expected better from a hotel under this chain, especially given the price I paid.

I chose this hotel for a business trip, and it offered great value for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made my stay pleasant. The location is ideal, just a short drive to downtown and close to the university as well. However, the breakfast and amenities were basic, and the Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired.

On the bright side, the in-house restaurant offered fantastic meals, particularly for breakfast and dinner. However, the difficulty of accessing the hotel due to its location on a divided road made my arrival a bit tricky, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the experience provided.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for my business trips in the Bio-Bio area, and it continues to be a solid choice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the breakfast could use some improvement. The underground garage is a great convenience for parking. It does have some challenges with access by car, but overall, it's a reliable place to stay.
